The Oberheim SEM V refuses to launch in standalone or hosted mode, however the license is serviceable.
Please delete these files, then start again the synth in standalone to check it runs seamlessly :

Oberheim SEM V quit unexpectedly. Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.
If this message apear,
Please go to these repertory:
==> MAC : /Library/Arturia/Oberheim SEM V/
==> PC: c:\ProgramData\Arturia\Oberheim SEM V\
And remove these files
