Crash during "First run after installation, merging v2 preset banks.."

At first launch in standalone mode, if any crash is occurring during the "merging presets" step, please delete this folder:

 /Library/Preferences/<synthesizer>/autoload

...then relaunch the synth in standalone mode: the incriminated step should now run until completion, and the synthesizer correctly launch.

Your personal sounds won't be affected.
