[PC] serial number is not unique

Make sure you can see hidden files:

1 / Open Explorer "Win" + "e"

2 / Press "Alt"

3 / Click on Tools ==> Folder Options

4 / "Display" Tab

5 / Under "hidden files and folders"

6/ Select "Display files, folders and drives hidden

Go to this folder:

[Windows XP]

C: \ Documents and Settings \ All Users \ Application Data \ Syncrosoft \

[Windows Vista 32bit, 64bit / Windows 7 32bit, 64bit]

C: \ ProgramData \ Syncrosoft \

Delete this file:

SeLicenser.sel

Then reinstall your eLicenser Control Center since last update:
