USB: Universal Serial Bus

If you encounter any connection problem with your computer and your Hardware. Start by following those steps:

  1. Reboot your computer
  2. Try another usb port / preferably on the back panel of the computer
  3. Try another usb cable
  4. Try another Computer/OS

USB HUB

  • Arturia did not recommend the use of USB HUBs with any of its products. If you really need to use a USB HUB please use a powered one.
  • Make sure that you did not plug your device with front panel USB port. Those ports are non powered USB HUB and could cause some problems.

USB extension

  • Arturia did not recommend the use of USB extensions with only USB powered devices:
    • SpakLe
    • MiniLab
    • BeatStep
  • If you use a USB extension please make sure to power it with a compatible PSU for your Product.
