If you could not solve your issue, you still can send a Technical Support inquiry through your Arturia account. So if not already, it's really time to create your account and register your instrument(s)! We ensure to reply in a timely manner, at worst within 48 hours (2 working days). 

In order to avoid useless and time-consuming back and forths, which would inevitably delay your problem resolution, please make sure to describe your problem the most accurately possible way, as well as circumstances of happening. No, "it doesn't work" is not an accurate description! ;)
