i ordered Brass last Friday ... made a bank transfer the same day and faxed the order form
money has been debited from my account monday morning and is already in Arturias Bank account ...
i have sent 3 emails to inquire about the status of the payment/order
I HAVE RECEIVED NO ANSWER, ORDER CONFIRMATION, BILL, INVOICE WHATSOEVER FROM ARTURIA

i decided to not let this stand like this and dug up their phone number: +33438020555
the guy on the phone told me that Brass is in fact not shipping at all yet, but they are still waiting for the CD's and that they don't really know when the product will be shipped out. He said 'maybe' next week ...
he also mumbled sth about the 'IT manager' being on a trip in Japan or somewhere and that this was why i hadn't received any answer to my mails and hadn't received an order confirmation ...

Bad story, sorry for you. It seems sometimes their customer support is almost not existing (it's a known problem in other forums too), strange for a well known company like this. Anyway I'm sure on monday you'll get some news, good luck :-)
