Title: Why is this sound an endless sustain?

Hello,

I don't understand why this:
http://www.phonvision.com/clients/sustain.fxp

is an endless sustain, the sound never stops.
Can anyone help me to stop it?
(sustain.fxp is a arp2600 - preset saved in Cubase)
