Just download, sounds great.
Couple of Questions, sugestions....
Can we load the dubstep skin or will this come as an update?
Is there a plan to sort out the browser? If you add a couple of expantions its a masive list and alphabetical isnt much help! At the very least expantion packs need a sub-menu, but idealy all prestes should be sorted by type (accoustic, electronic, break, abstract whatever...)

did you have to purchase this expansion? i own spark and the controller, is it a purchase or a free download to owners?

It comes as an expansion for 29 Euros, not as a freebie.
But after buying and loading it, it's worth every cent. Great job, Arturian Dubbers!

Definitely, but I can not say you when it will be done. Hopefully quickly.

Thank you- too many kits/presets is a nice problem to have :) The skin issue is superficial, but nice to have ;)

Please could someone help. I purchased Spark Dubstep Expansion but there is no download in my account or any email link. I can see the money has been taken from my account but I've received nothing. I've emailed sales and even quoted Jerome in the sales team but still nothing.

That's ridiculous. I'm away for a week from 26th so unable to access my account. Why is it just not an automatic download? I bought it because I needed it for a project. This is totally unacceptable as a customer, as you've had my money.
You must be losing so much business because of these kind of issues.

What's going on. My message earlier on about the Dubstep Expansion Pack I bought and paid for but never received has been removed. Also, the ticket I opened on 22.12.2012 number 120099 was closed on the 23.12.2012 without any response. You asked me earlier for my order number 76094 which I quoted back to you but still nothing. Why do you treat paying customers this way. It's not good business practice my friend and you need to sort the team out at Arturia about this.
Please let me know whether you intend to send me the product or not. If not I'll just raise a dispute via my payment method.

I've just reopened ticket 120099. Please can you make sure someone deals with it this time rather than just closing it. All I need is an email with the download link or for it to be available to me some way.
