I used Spark in latest Live9 beta. Saved the live set and later opened it.
I noticed that the pattern I had used was not restored from live set.
Would it be possible to fix it?
I use 64 bit Windows7.

All work really well for me!
I'm on win8 64 bit, lastest 64 bit live9 beta!
Try to do a frest installation of Spark (keep your library first!).
Does this error persists every time or only with some projects?

I tested this also in latest Live8 64bit beta.
The currently selected pattern (like pattern #5) was not restored.
It's always pattern 1 after loading the live set.
Happens in all my live sets that I have tried.
Maybe I'll try reinstalling Spark VDM.

It does this for me too for whatever reason in Studio One v2.5.

What do you mean by "restored"? The pattern was changed/deleted or do you mean that when re-opening your project it doesn't go back to the pattern that was previously playing, but goes to pattern A1?
-
I mean that when I made the live set I had selected some pattern to play, let's say 7. I did not change the contents of the pattern.
Later when I open the live set, the current pattern is always 1. Not 7 that it was when saved.

That's not an issue!
It's a known "feature", post it in the Spark Improvements post and I'll add it in the OP!
Anyway, why do you need this feature?
-
I need it because selected pattern in a drum machine is IMO like preset in a synth.
When I press play in my DAW the pattern and the kit define what I hear. So that's why it should be saved in live sets.
