hi i was updating the it got 4 % when after said the update was complete .and now it wont switch back on,all i get is a litte blue flash on the screen .ive tried a power supply nothing happens still and a different usb port still nothing, help please asap thank you,

no worries, did get the email so thanks!
however there are some issues that I responded about, namely 1) I do not have a Windows machine and 2) I am not sure if the correct file was attached or just a blank copy.
I am unable to start the process yet

Tbhe file is the right one.
Unfortunately, we did not find any Mac OS alternative. SysexLibrarian would not accept the file because it is not a valid sysex.
I think we will have to make a dedicated tool.
I will discuss it with the team.

So I was able to borrow a windows machine and send the sysex file from it, while using the usb cable plugged into the mac i run spark on
it worked eventually so no need to rush for a dedicated tool, however the whole thing was a bit scary :-[ :'( ???
