Just registered a new 49-key Arturia Analog Laboratory. Registered successfully, got the confirmation email. No activation code on my account or in the email however. Tech support ticket opened, no reply.
Help me Arturia Tech Support, you're my only hope...

After replacing a new eLicenser server at our supplier.
Some users have not received activation code.

Thank you David. Just to clarify - are you suggesting trying to generate a new code now (within the next two days), or waiting for two days and then trying to generate a new code?
Would I do that by logging in and deleting my product registration, then adding a new one, or is there some other way?

Glad to hear you resolver your issue. However, I have the same issue and would like to know how you solved it?
Did you first have to delete your registration and then re-register it ?
So far, no response from Arturia tech support, i submitted a support ticket for this 2 days ago.

These are the instructions I was given - they should work as long as the eLicensor server is up and running. I did not delete my existing registration, instead I requested a new activation code:
1. Log into your account ==> http://www.arturia.com/login
2. Go to the "My Registered Products" section
3. Click the "Authorization Troubleshooting" button
4. Click the "I need a new activation code" link
5. Carefully read and follow the instructions until the completion of the new code getting process

thanks, that has solved the issue for me.
although none of the reasons offered by multiple choice to explain why having to perform this reclaim of activation was relevant, i simply chose one of those reasons, and it created an activation code.

I should of known better than to try and purchase something from Arturia and have it "just work" or even expect it to not cause stress.
Useless.
