ARTURIA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS COMPLETELY USELESS! I FEEL ABSOLUTELY STUPID FOR SPENDING MY MONEY IN YOUR PRODUCTS!! I GET NO!! ANSWER FROM YOUR TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM! THIS IS THE WORST SUPPORT IVE EVER SEEN ON ANY COMPANY. I AM COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED WITH ARTURIA!. STILL THE DAY I HAVE NO ANSWER! I WASTED NEARLY 400 EUROS IN A PRODUCT THAT NOW ONLY WORKS AS A MIDI CONTROLLER!!!!

Be happy my friend, my gear has not even been recognized as a midi keyboard by my computer!
This would be the last time I wasted my money on Arturia products if I don't receive a response from them.

With sadness I have to join the choir as well.
Uninstalled all software 9 month ago with so many problems not attended to.
Thought at least I got some hardware that works.
Now that I found I cannot get MMC commands to work to control daw and no firmware updates that I can find - I'm ditching this hardware controller as well.
At first support seemed usedful - you get a ticket and everything - but then nothing.
One guy came back to me after 3 months - with some silly suggestion for workaround - what a heck is that.
Goodbuy - anything Arturia - you are not good for anything.

@DCA According to my records we answered your request on August 14th. Did you not receive the answer?

@nip I'm sorry for the delay you received. We didn't have a few workarounds until recently.

Hello Rebeca, thanks for your answer, better late than never. Still my Arturia software wont get a code, I even tried doing the registration again, and now it says there is an error in my serial number, product or code..
PLEASE PLEASE could I finally just get my activation code! I have been using my Arturia as a midi controller this past few months..

I have to agree although my problems are different Arturia's help has been very vague their answers are very very basic - I am telling their site won't let me update so they advise me to update?
