Hello,

Purchased the downloadable version of the V-collection3.0 download version before a few days ago hours, I have not received my download link, my activation code and my serial number. Registered support tickets but nothing reply.

Any help Arturia team?

This 1-12h in cases of paypal issues is outside the weekend.
I call Jerome from the sales department and I will get back to you ASAP.
