Title: i bought a used Spark from a pawn shop, how do i get an activation code?

Hello,

i recently bought a used Spark from a pawn shop, it has the serial number and unlock key, but when i type them into the Arturia website it says that this item has already been registered, im guessing by the previous owner.. how can i get an activation code?
