Title: Saving configurations
Post by: Gothboy on September 28, 2013, 01:38:45 am
Since upgrading to the full collection I've been working on setting up Midi control for standalone programming.  I've gone through each synth and midi mapping as much as I could with the CCs available(would be great to use NRPNs but I can't get those to work) using my 2 controllers.  What I don't get is how to then save them within the instrument so that when I do an update the configuration can then be loaded back in so I don't have to remap the whole synth over again.  I have the templates stored on the Remote Zero controller....and also those templates can be stored by the Novation Editor on my computer as well but shouldn't there be a way to be able to load a saved Config back in after a reinstall?  You can create a new Configuration but there is no "Load a config"?  So what is the point of having this if your stored config(Uh WHERE is it stored? ??? ????) can't be loaded back in if need be?
