Title: Purchased Analog factory yesterday, cannot get connected to licensing server

I have tried everything they suggested in the manual and on the website and also sent a ticket in to support. I tried to go through the website to get it but they asked for a serial number and all my card has on it is activation code and a license number. Neither of which worked for  a serial number. I shouldn't have to go through this amount of hassle and roadblocks to register a product I bought with my hard earned money.
Did anyone else have this issue and if so what was the solution?

This is an old version of eLicenser, you should ,download and install the latest eLC update:
