Title: bought Analog Lab on friday - still received no download info

Sorry, i've been rude to customers service already. I cannot understand why in 2013 you buy software online and you don't get an activation code immediatly. Buy something from u-he and learn how it should work.
Ridiculous...

Unfortunately this is not a matter or rudeness, more a problem with the server that is NOT deliver the codes, this in the hands of our webmaster.

This will change with the new platform, but not online now...

Anyhow, have you received your codes?
