I have been trying to contact support, and no matter which branch of support I try to contact, I always get an error message in French; I don't speak French, but I ran it through a translator and it says there is an error in the form, but nothing is flagged like typical websites do if something is filled out wrong, and I can't see anything wrong anywhere. I went through multiple tries of the anti-spam box, so it's not a matter of typing one of those in wrong. I can't figure out what the problem is.
