I can't manage to install my V-collection on a new computer. Spent hours on it, trying everything to follow (unclear) instructions of Arturia site
especially when I' m supposed to
"3. Drag & Drop your license on the hardware dongle (an Internet connection is required for this step only)"
there is no licence appearing to be dragged & dropped
when I try with the activation code used for the 1st installation, of course it won't accept it, now what can I do, I've got my new Cubase7 on the new computer, can't record with my Vcollection, too bad,
sent many email to support, no answer, sorry to say, lousy support >:(
somebody has had this pb ?? txs for helping
