Title: HELP NEEDED WITH ELICENSER AND RE-ACTIVATION

Hi,

Within 2 days of buying my new arturia keylab49 my mac broke down so i got a new one and brought it up to speed with the same osx etc as my old mac. I have redownloaded and installed the relevant software from arturia but the elicenser will not recognise the original or the newly requested activation code. Also when i try to update the elicenser it says there is a communication problem. I am using the same network to connect to the internet and have exactly the same osx and updates as my previous mac... The analog lab installed and worked perfectly 2 days ago. What am i doing wrong?
