Title: Feature request: Triplet rate for LFO seq sync
Post by: kisielk on February 05, 2014, 01:11:17 am
I'm not familiar with the circuitry of the Microbrute, so I don't know if this would even be possible, but could the option be added for the rate of the LFO be synced to the sequencer in triplets in a future firmware revision? I've found I can get some really interesting and complex modulations going by subdividing the sequence using the LFO, but I find myself wanting to do it in multiples of 3 instead of even divisions sometimes.

Definitely yes, triplets are a major lack (especially considering that is available on the MiniBrute) and a real need.

I understood LFO is digital, so should be possible.
At least via CC (as I proposed), but… If it’s only a matter of number of values across the knob range, I would bet that every MB owner/user would prefer to have more option (even if more complex to be selected).
