Title: Purchase problem

Hello,

Just purchased V-Collection online. Apart from an "Order process" email with the date, amount and order number, I haven't received anything. No download links, no serial number, nothing. How do I contact sales or support?

I am also experiencing this issue - I think they are overwhelmed with orders!  :o

I still have the same problem-but I receive totally no mail. The only thing that happened was the charge of my credt card via Paypal. I also changed my Mailadress-cause with the old I did not get the activation mail for this forum.

And as far as I can read this happens often...

Are anyone able to help me? I contacted the support via form and the sales - inquiry by male.

I'm a bit frustrated now. Never ever have had any problems buying software via net-even from Japan...

Meanwhile, (I used 3 different ways to get in contact with Arturia) Jérôme contacted me and sent me the activation code again  :D
to both Mail adresses-only One received here...

So, there must be something wrong within the Mailsystem, somewhere  ???

The Order ID has been 92949.

I Have the same Problem. I received only the Mail "Order Process" :(

Edit: Get the Mail now. It was detected as Spam from my Provider :/

Hi Arturia, I have just Purchased An expansion pack for the spark all i was sent was an order number when or how i do receive the Expansion my order number is : 93114

glad to know im not an isolated case, seems theres a major issue w response after purchase. plus, it wont let me start a support ticket about it on the site:-(

im still waiting for links/code for my purchase of Vcollection. paid w paypal, Invoice ID: 93613

any help appreciated!
