Title: Your Arturia License number IS NOT listed in our database ! => SOLUTION

Due to multiple database migrations during years, some licensing conflicts have raised these last days. To avoid any mass error we handle each one manually, not a big problem but as I saw many requests in many different threads, and as I like things to be clear & clean:

Please forward me your license number via "Personal Message".

I will have a dive in the database, fix the issue, and get back to you asap.
When it's done, remember to get your activation code as described here (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/community/arturia-helpers), and authorize your favorite synthesizer as described there (ftp://ftp2.arturia.com/pub/manual/Register_and_activate.pdf).

I have updated to MiniMg 2.0 and the system will not retreive my license. Unfortunatley I registered a long time ago under an email account I no longer have access to.
Can you please contact me to fix my licence; I purchased as part of the Vintage bundle.

hi - The new system won't allow me to add my serial numbers - it says they are already in the database. So...I can't email tech support to ask how to get them added so that I can get a synchrosoft code for miniMg 2. Kinda stuck here and I'd like to use the new update.

please advise.

I also have this probelm...

I purchased the V Collection and everything else worked....

How do I fix this?

The same message is displayed to me.

The license of "miniMg v" that I own cannot register.

Why?It embarrasses it very much.  :-[

Please give the message to me.

I'm having the same issue as everyone else here;  I see a little blue square with a head in it, an IM icon, and a little globe beneath Antoine's penguin, but no envelope (I am logged in correctly...).  I am rather eager to update my MiniMg V to version 2.0 to see if the problem with the pitch going out when using the mod wheel to add vibrato has been fixed.  How will I get in touch;  does anyone have Antoine's e-mail address?

As I am reading many posts, many of us are having a difficult time conacting you. Like everybody else i am having problem but the problem is on your part. please kindly send me a link to your private message. just for heck of it i tried to register and ll my numbers exist in your data.

Recently I have to reinstall all my softwares on my intel mac pro. Unfortunately all my licenses from Arturia can not be in installed. I read your post about multiply datbase migration and there is your explanation about some data being raised. So therefore i am sending you all my numbers and I would appreciate your help.

I have not had a real problem yet, but today when I fired up any of my DAW`s Live/Logic, I got this dreaded message:
eLicenser(s) contain(s) no valid license for this application.
Even after a restart and removing/inserting the dongle, the eLicenser application all my licenses were gone!

I have a total of 14 licenses and you can imagine that my heart missed a beat or two.
Switching that [censored] dongle to another USB port and another restart, all my licenses magically returned.

I do not know why this happened, and I do not really care, but I know that I am way too young for a heart attack!

All these copy-protections are stumbling blocks for the legitimate user.
Just in case you did not know, the eLicense system can be reliably cracked.

I think I might get a second dongle, and download demo licenses just in case something does go wrong in the middle of a session.
