Post by: vicshere on August 14, 2009, 01:01:16 am
I am still getting a 7054, and still waiting for replies to fix my problems over a month ago.

Negative, vicshere cases have been processed since weeks, even if partially unsolved for technical reasons (transferred to the dev team for deeper inspection).

It is December 8 2009 and I am still having this problem. So "negative"?!
Anyway, I have become more philosophical about all this.
Arturia clearly have lots of issues, but the bottom line is their synths look and sound fantastic when they work, and I couldn't live without them.
As for getting problems solved, well, we just have to be patient.
I can't say I love that relaxed French style when I'm a tourist, and then moan about it when I'm trying to load my MiniMg.
Can I?
Vive la difference!
 :D
PS, as for French women . . . the most wonderful creatures on earth.
 ;)

I have the same issue. Arturia has the worst tech support EVER!  I have opened a few tickets and all where closed with no response. Just a link to some fog bugz no explanation what so ever. A warning to potential buyers stay away from all Artuira products if expect any kind of tech support. Just google "arturia tech support" and you will see for yourself.
