Is there any plans to add a way to preview samples before adding them to a kit ,as i have over 100.000 (too many i know) drum samples on my hard drive. and would like to hear them before i add them to my project .
thanks.

I have asked Arturia about that - no answer yet. Seems like a no-brainer feature to have /add.
Is lieu of a SPARK preview have you tried "Snapper" from Audio Ease - is a nice
tool and works through the finder (if you are on a mac)

Thanks for the advise, i have tried snapper but i can not get it to work in spark ,does it work for you.
as soon as i click to add sample the finder window opens but snappers not there.
thanks anyway, lets hope that arturia make a way to preview samples in spark,as with all other soft drum machines
Ps i would like to see in the vst plugin a drag and drop from media bay in cubase 6.

Hi terrym,
we are working on a new update and we will certainly add this sample preview.

Thanks kevin, any idea of the time scale of the release.
Also there seems to be no way of changing patterns on the fly by midi from my DAW. is this a function for future updates as well.
regards.

I can not give you a release date but I hope it will in september.
About the pattern change, it is possible assign MIDI note on the pattern (cmd+lcick MAC, ctrl+click on windows).
