I used to get this when running Ableton, you can disable the message from popping up it is just a reminder for when you setup the MIDI IN, OUT and SYNC, just make sure you have the MIDI for these parameters set to SPARk Public (in and out). hope this helps

Hi all,
you have to disable all Private ports in your DAW to make Spark working correctly.
In Ableton, you just have to deselect them in the preferences.
In Logic, see (http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?topic=4740.msg15446#msg15446) this post.
