Hi there,

i own the arturia analog factory experience.
i bought it some time  ago but didn't have the much time to use it.
but it worked.

i wanted to use it again, so some time ago i switched my operating system but couldn't get the elicenser to work.
i went to the account area of this website (because i remember setting up the license here) but i couldnt get it to work.
so i deleted the license from my account and tried to add it again.
this did not work and now i cannot add it anymore.

what do i have to do to use the softsynth again?

by the way: i have already filed two support tickets which did not get answered.
the thing is i cannot file a "real" user technical support ticket, since the system says i do not own a license.

I could not fin you in the database hell. Please forward me both cases numbers via private message, and I will process them (if not already done in the meanwhile).
