Hi, I have the complete V-Collection with the Analog Laboratory 49 HW controller all plugged into Ableton Live 8.
It was nice to see that I was able to send patch change messages to the MiniMg V, unfortunately there seems to be a problem. When I'm using ableton with no Midi HW plugged in, I can set a patch change to a pattern for the track that the MgV is loaded into and when I trigger the pattern, the MgV patch gets changed. Oddly enough, when I actually plug in the HW controller (USB) and select that as the input for that track, the patch change sent by the pattern in Ableton no longer triggers a patch change on the MgV.
Why? Doesn't seem right. Any ideas???
