Title: Serial & Unlock codes are INVALID PLEASE ANSWER

As you guys should be realizing being that many customers are having the same issue, but the codes sent with the registration card are INVALID.

I cannot contact tech support due to the fact I have yet to register my product because of this issue.

I have looked at all the post here and they all seem to be unanswered.

Can an admin or someone please shed some answers or I will be returning this product.

Sorry for the delay in tickets response we are actually in reduced staff,

But yes, forced to see that these days some difficulties occurred with the codes sent in the registration card.

I understand that's little bit frustrating, but don't despair, you'll get your card.
