Title: Amelioration of Support Treatment

Hi Everybody, :)

David's here, replacing Antoine in forum Administration.

I know that many of you have troubles to get your V-Collection 3 or needed assistance on yours products.
Please, I'm asking you to be patient.
We work in reduced staff these days, but really want each of you to be answered.

So we dispatch new demands in tree different support mail boxes:

- Promotional offers / Payment; Order status
  sales-inquiry@arturia.com
  
- Registration/Unregistrations, activation or eLicenser issue.
  registration-inquiry@arturia.com
  
  
- All Software bug, or hardware defect.
  technical-inquiry@arturia.com  
  
I hope that will help you to be answered the most quickly that we can.
