Title: Bought my Mini V but I never recieved an email with serial number

Hello everyone,

Yesterday I bought a Mini V using paypal, but I still haven't received an email with my serial number. I also checked my spam folder and it isn't there. I sent an email to registration support asking for my serial number, but I haven't received a reply yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Usually many mails are falling in the Spam Box, you should probably take a look there.

I still haven't received my Mini V, and Arturia took the money out of my account two weeks ago. Customer service still hasn't replied to my email, so as of right now I'm down $99. If someone that works for Arturia reads this, please help me!

I am having the same problem.  I can't use the 199 euro coupon code because it says it's value is "0.00 euro".  It doesn't matter if I copy and paste it or enter it manually - it won't work.

I've emailed tech support and sales but they still haven't resolved this problem. There are a number of people on KVR complaining about the same problem.  Come on Arturia - sort it out!----Abercrombie And Fitch Schweiz http://www.abercrombiezurich.eu/
