Seriously, do some searching. Read the manual. This information is WIDELY available.

Well I had read the manual and I had searched the Internet and I found no midi implementation chart this is why I posted, maybe you could have spent the time you spent typing that unhelpful post to direct me to the correct place!

Well just to check that I haven't been a total numptie I searched in the manual and using google as well and could not find any implementation chart listing CC or NRPN controllers, where are these widely available?

MiniBrute is an analog synth, with analog pots, not encoders that would have a digital control over the parameters. Therefore they cannot be controlled via MIDI CCs.
The only controls you can use are CC#1 (Mod Wheel) and Channel Aftertouch.
These can be routed to Filter Cutoff, Vibrato depth or LFO amount (CC#1 only).

Thanks for the info.

There are of course lots of other analog synths with analog pots that can be controlled by CC so I would think the real reason was to save money on the design, nothing wrong with this of course but nothing to do with using analog pots!

It is not as simple and it is not the price difference between analog and digital pot.
It is like saying that electric power would not cost much more if it was not in a outside.
But it changes everything in the building and it is not at all the same price.
Honestly you dont need the cc  and nrpn and you have cv gate :p
