Title: Fine adjustemt with a midi controller.NOOB

sorry if this painfully obvious.like, you can do it with right mouse button but I dont know how to set it up  for fine adjustement with my controllers. the changes are so harsh, that theres no point in using a f-ing controller

Just use midi learn and map to the CCs.  You can actually map the fine and coarse to 2 different knobs on your controller though as you have seen course requires a shift-click.
