Title: Upgrading to discounted V-Coll 3 went wrong!

I asked for support but did not get any response and the ticket at fogbugz doesn't work for me. Page doesn't exist!

Me too.  Plus - I cannot contact anyone at Arturia - that link is dead.  Did they go out of business?  I know that my absolutely-100%-good credit card was denied and I had to pay through PayPal.  Something is not right ...
