hi,
i use the beatstep with an open source lighting programm, that sends midi feedback. i have tried it with the frontier alphatrack and the fader responds nicely to any feedback of the programm. i use the control change 1 in my first endless encoder, but it seems to always send the same value as the hardware was left in. i tried a different approach by creating a second layer with the store and recall feature, but the encoder still sends the last known value, regardless of what control change it is sending on.
can someone explain to me what i am doing wrong or how i could fix this?
