Title: Encoders not sending CC messages.

Hey Everyone,

I'm wondering if you can help. I've noticed that I can't map the encoders in Live 9.
When I was first playing about with the BS I mapped it to a VST instrument, see attached image 1.

However since then I've set up a number of templates via MCC. I'm hoping to be able to map various instruments to the BS setting these up on different channels, (see attachment 2)

But now Live isn't receiving anything. It's defo not Live since my MPK49 works perfectly. It's has up to 3 banks, and each set do what they should do.

I've updated the firmware but still nothing. Any ideas what's wrong?

I've worked it out. I didn't have the remote switched on in the Ableton midi set up.
