I paid $30 to ship my minibrute to Arturia. My emails say that they would replace my unit because it was "defective." I waited almost two months and today I get a minibrute in the mail and it's the same exact broken unit. Same exact problem, same box, it looks and sounds like no one even touched it. I feel duped and screwed over.

Could you please provide me your ticket number related to your defective minibrute case?
We'll then provide you a call tag to send your unit back to our Service Center; in the mean time we'll send you a new unit.
