Title: Spark 2 Purchase Problem

I placed my order yesterday for Spark 2, I got the Order Number: 98548 issued by email but no serial number or download links have arrived?? I rang my credit card company who confirmed they authorised the transaction...What's going on? Why the delay in issuing my serial number???
