Hallo, today i get my Keylab 49. Before i bought it, i don't know that they are so many Probs with Cubase and she KeyLab.
Iam German and my English is :-[
Here my experience: The knobs and the Fader don't work in C7. (Standalone ok)
I testet a lot of presets in Cubase. Sometimes one or to Knobs or Fader works.
The second problem, the Pads don't play Chords ( only single notes). When i play the Pads with the mouse it play CHORDS.
Is here anybody who have no Problems with Cubase 7.5 and the Lab.
The last update is 6 Month old and nothing happened.
I don't see here a Statement from the Arturia Support?????
Are they stop working on the Keylab???
Is there any chance to get the Lab working ???
..or should i bring it back to the Musicstore??
The only chance to use the Knobs and the Fader is MIDLEARN, when i learned all Kobs and Fader i can use them.
My Systhem: MacBook Pro 2011, Cubase 7.5 Latested Version.

:D …its much better now, i tested several Sounds in Cubase….and YESS all knobs and Slider are working correctly
The Pads are not working, they still playing only single Notes.
I can do the final Test when i got a new Serialnummer, in the moment i am in DemoMode
I bought my Keylab in MusicStore Köln. It was a return Delivery and the Software is still registered.

Hallo, i checked my Spam but there is nothing in.
I don't get a Ticket, i do another request on you website.
……wait……………..5min………..I don't get any Email from Arturia.
For 2 Weeks i changed my password,and i get immediately an answer.

Hi Jürgen,
We replied to all your mails but it seems our messages can't be delivered to your mailbox for an unknown reason.
Here's my original reply to your mail:
"Please send us a readable picture of the registration card or the first page of the user manual where the S/N and Unlock code are printed in order to sort this out. Keep the attachment under 1Mb."
Can you send the picture to technical-inquiry@arturia.com please?

Ok, very strange, i get still emails from Arturia: " Newsletter and i change my password without problems.
Tomorrow, i open a new Email Account and sent you the Pictures.
