[I noticed a similar complaint from several months back.]
I purchased the V Collection this morning and received an email with the order number from Arturia and payment confirmation from PayPal but no serial number for installation. Is this not an automatically generated code? Do I have to wait for someone to manually retrieve the order and send an email?
Thanks for any insight. I was hoping to spend time today getting familiar with the software, but I'm running out of time.
