Brass Install (Licens) Problems

Hello
I have problems with install Brass Demo,with the Licens....
I dont now what I make wrong.........

When I enter the Licens code,i read:
please enter activation code in uppercase.
What does it mean,where can i enter the code in uppercase?? :oops:

Please help me.

I would not bother at this point. I have tried four different activation codes from four email addresses with the same results. Syncrosoft tells me it means that the codes have already been used, though I do not see how this is possible.

What can we do......
i will try out the demo,maybe i buy the brass....
but.......(Where is the admins or arturia) :(

Hey Fellas,

My name is Scott with Arturia Marketing.  Sorry I haven't seen this post before now.  Could both of you send me an email with your activation codes so that I can make sure they get activated for you?  When you get them to me I'll try to get the ball rollin' so you can play with BRASS asap.

Hello Scott,

I have run out of email addresses and I did not keep any activation code email that did not work. Sorry about that. I am excited about BRASS and may buy anyway based on the really amazing trombone solo from the (now removed) ska demo MP3,

I'm glad to hear you might be getting BRASS.  I think you'll enjoy it.

I've put Hakibit in touch with a gentlemen from Syncrosoft.  Syncrosoft wondered if you could email them at  support@syncrosoft.com  to tell them the exact problem so that they'll be able to fix it for other users to get the demo a bit easier.  Would you mind??

Hello Scott,

I think I explained in an earlier thread, that Syncrosoft simply said the error means the code had been preciously used. I thought it was just as likely that there is a problem getting through my router, so I unplugged it and went direct, but it made no difference.

Not to worry...these things happen.

Problem licensing Brass demo

I have downloaded the Brass demo and received the key. Installing the key to the dongle fails. First time the progress bar progressed to about 80%, and on subsequent retries I simply get a message that it is unable to connect to the server. I have tried numerous times during the past few hours.

If this is firewall issue, what are the details? Is the licensing server attempting to contact the PC outside any session opened from my PC? Or is it simply that the server is down.
