ABLETON SPARK PATTERN CHANGE Pt.2
« on: March 01, 2013, 10:01:42 pm »
As read in a previous post the abillity to change patterns by making midi clips with notes in ableton worked for me
now i have done this to the first 16 patterns on the Spark and notes from c-2 till d#-1  16notes for 16 patterns

how do i now do the same but when changing banks as for bank B C D cause seems like when
I change to bank B and redo the same process adding controlling a pattern with the note in spark on bank B the already assigned midi notes are the same as on bank A ???

the thing is that i want to recontrol spark 16 pattern on bank b via midiclips in ableton as i already did for Bank A

You have to assign other MIDI notes for the Banks buttons.
So you will get 20 note (4 for the banks and 16 for the patterns).
If you want to change a specific bank/pattern, you have to play both notes in your clip.

Yeah, as Kevin says: you have to play a 2 note chord.  One note you have set for the pattern and another you have set for the bank.  It works fine for me..

Thanks,
