Can't register...

I got the player for Christmas and cannot register the program. It seems like this has been a problem for a while. I tried opening a ticket but have received nothing so far. Anyone have any advice?

I got a reply from tech support asking me to send them a clear picture of my registration card three days ago and I still haven't received an email back. I'm quite disappointed with my Arturia experience so far.
