Knobs problems on my LAB 49

Hello every body!

First of all i want say you to be patient with my English because im French.

So i have an issue with my knobs controllers. They aren't increasing midi values in a linear way.

When i record some midi notes with turning the cutoff knob for example, i can see that the curve does not follow exactly what i am trying to do.

Is it a hardware problem or is this only software.

Ok, so i've found the problem. Just put some "degrip" oil into the knobs and now every things goes well.
