Elicenser Error

Hi, my elicenser seems to have an issue, it keeps saying that the serial is not unique and to contact my vendor, it's on a mac and i'm fairly new to this but I can't understand why this is happening as I can't register V-collection

Hi Johny64,

Have you submitted this to the tech desk and gotten help?  If not can you pm me either your case number or your soft eLicenser serial number?
