JP8 In Pro Tools 10 Mac only left channel playing

Hi,

All other synths in V collection are working OK, Just the jupiter will only play sound out the left channel? right channel is totally dead

Ive tried deactivating and reactivating but still only the left channel works?

Also downloaded and re-installed.

Here's a youtube showing what I'm getting! you'll see the balance looses sound when fully clockwise and the delay sends nothing from the top delay line..
