Yesterday evening, I purchased the downloadable version of Spark VDM through your online store and did receive an order process email confirming I was charged for the amount.
I have yet to receive my serial numbers or a download link. I decided to come on the forums and see what could be done and I noticed posts saying people hadn't received a serial key days after their purchase.
I figured that at least some of the posts here got a quick response so i figured I would try to see if i could get help here. I did also send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
last night but still haven't seen a response to the ticket.
The posts in this forum scare me a little bit. They make me worry about my purchase.
I hope someone from Arturia can make sure everything is in order with my purchase.
