Hi,
you have to unregister it on your account then the other guy will be able to register on his account.

I just sold my spark, and the person I sold it to can't activate it. I deleted my license and account before sale, so I don't understand why this is happening? It tells him ''The code on the card is already in use''. When I asked tech support before I sold it, how to sell it, because the spark I purchased was not the kind with a USB dongle, this is what I was told ''Hello, The Spark is *not* eLicenser-protected. So, you will just need to provide the new user with the activation code (****************), then he will be the rightful user of the spark.
Feel free to come back to me if still any problem or misunderstanding. Yours cordially, MAHMOUD. '' Why is this happening, and how does he go about registering the software? PLEASE HELP?

Hi Gram,

In case of resale, you must unregister your product under your account.
If you can't, please "MP" me with the registered mail address, or your ticket number.

Best,

David.

Hi David,
it seems as if the same problem with me!
I sold my Spark and deleted the serial number of the Spark in my account (i found no "unregister" button, I only see an "Add" or "Delete" button, so I suppose the "Delete" is correct?.
Nevertheless, the new owner
can not register his serial number! It says: The serial number is already in our database!
What is the problem?
They can take care of it!
Please do this as soon as possible!

Sorry for bumping an old thread, but it's relevant.

I may be interested in selling my spark...just wondering if this issue was ever resolved? i have located the "delete" button for the registration, but i don't want to start the process if i don't know for sure it will work.

i did not have a usb license thing or anything, just some code
