Activation code is an apology?
« on: June 11, 2013, 08:16:05 am »
I downloaded analog lab for Mac 1.0.3. I can not activate it with the "code" supplied in the email: Activation Code: Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience... ( and then some more...)

HTML and punctuation in a activation code. Somethings wrong here.
should be 8 groups of 4 numbers/letters...

Help me out?

The cross grade Offer to Analog Lab has been a real success, however a fraction of our users could not complete the process.
We are deeply sorry for the temporary inconvenience caused.
We are currently working on solving these buggy situations.

So what I found is that the activation code was NOT sent in the email, but it WAS in my account information with the others.  It may have been there when I posted the comment. So - check there if the message is off, as mine was.
Now I'm off to vibrate some air molecules.
 :)
