New to this - many issues!
« on: July 01, 2013, 02:45:08 am »
Complete newcomer here, not having the plug-and-play experience I was hoping for... I'll skim over the issues I had with activation and go straight to the technical stuff.

I create a new software track in Logic and then assign AL to the I/O for that track; the AL software boots up and it plays a low synth note at a stupidly loud volume that has potential to do some speaker damage. As if that doesn't scare the pants off me enough every time it happens, once that has happened, there is a 'leftover' of that note oscillating on the track at low volume which I cannot get rid of. The only way to get rid of it is to delete the track and create a new one.

Any ideas what is going on here? I've read the very limited info there is in the user manual and had a look through the forums but can't see this anywhere.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

R
